This new health facility is just over 10,000 square feet and will serve the growing Lincoln County area. Funding provided by Public Health Fund. The general contractor is Orf Construction.

Atrium Addition

This atrium features a 64 foot skylight, grand staircase, gathering space and handicap accessible entry. The finished lower level houses a library and commons area. This is phase three of the St. Peters project which follows a classroom addition/renovation and elevator addition.

This 11,775 square foot addition features a multi-purpose gym with a stage, dressing rooms, meeting rooms and a full kitchen. We have done three projects with St. John since designing the education building in 1974. This project was built by K&S Associates.
